How much does cleaning cost in Surrey?
Most homes land between $165 and $340 per visit depending on size, condition and how often we come. Move-out and deep cleans sit higher because they take longer. Offices and strata common areas are priced per month on floor area and how many visits a week — there is an estimator for that on the commercial page.
Do you clean offices after hours?
Yes, and that is how most of our commercial work runs. Evening cleaning from 5pm onwards, seven days, so your staff and tenants never share the space with a cleaning crew.
Are you insured?
Yes. Pure Bliss Cleaning is incorporated, insured and GST registered, and works to WorkSafeBC requirements. Certificates go out with every commercial quote without being asked for.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — products, cloths and vacuums are all included. If you would rather we use your products, whether for allergies, pets or a specific surface, tell us and we will.
Will it be the same crew every time?
On recurring residential and every commercial contract, yes. The same crew learns the building, and that is the difference between a clean that stays consistent and one that drifts.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean resets one that is not: inside appliances, descaling, high ledges, baseboards by hand, edges and corners. First bookings are often a deep clean, then a recurring visit keeps it there.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Surrey, Langley, Delta and Richmond can usually be scheduled within a few days, and we hold slots for short-notice move-outs. Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster and Coquitlam need a little more notice so we can route the day.
Do you work with strata councils and property managers?
Yes. Common areas, corridors, amenity rooms and turnovers on a fixed monthly rate, with one invoice and one contact. We will start with a single trial building if a council would rather see the work before signing anything.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. That is the whole policy.
